Q: I am a patch collector. How do I inquire with you about patches I am looking for or would like to be contacted by you when these patches become available? A: Give us a call at 1-208-762-4481 and we would be very happy to add you to our wish list and contact you when your patch is available.
Q. Are your patches authentic or reproductions? A: The majority of the patches we make are reproductions based on historically accurate designs. If a patch is authentic we will note that for your reference. Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
